About Me

Well if you haven't figured it out yet my name is Jameson Parker. Yep just like the actor, which makes it really difficult to market yourself on the internet, but anyways. I grew up in a small town in central Wisconsin, about 20,000 people. Spent time doing things like snowboarding, playing football and video games in high school and really didn't know what I wanted to do with my life after high school.

After talking with my Mother she decided that I was going to go to college, I really didn't have much say in the matter.

I ended up attending the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and graduating with a journalism degree and 5 years of IT experience. The IT experience was due to my first college job, a helpdesk position in the university's IT department which eventually led to an internship.

So I was graduating and I needed a job so I just applied for both types of jobs; advertising and IT positions. Eventually the IT position won out and I am now employed as a PC Technician for J. F. Ahern Co. in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

I still spend lots of my free time taking photography and working on web design, as you can tell by my portfolios. Eventually I would like to make the move to a full-time web design position, but I'm currently content with where I'm at.
